The Planning Advisory Council (PAC) was created by Mayor Michelle Wu in January 2023 via Executive Order to guide a shared vision for a green, growing, family-friendly Boston and coordinate public investment in the built environment to realize that vision. The PAC is an Co-opal, collaborative body that coordinates planning, capital planning, and implementation, and sets standards for public engagement in planning.
