PFD manages a range of design and construction projects valued between $1M - $125M and planning projects ranging in value between $50k - $1M. PFD typically handles an overall caseload between 80-100 projects valued at more than $500M annually.   Under the direction of an Assistant Director within the Public Facilities Department, the Project Manager II for Studies is responsible for managing significantly complex feasibility, programming and siting studies for various capital building projects. The PM II for Studies will also manage land disposition analyses and processes for the Department. The PM II for Studies will normally be responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time, and will serve as a general resource to the Department advising on matters of facility planning, programming and analysis.
