This is a Labor Service Position.   Brief Job Description (essential functions of the position): Responsible for the installation, erection and painting of signs, poles, traffic control devices and appurtenances; paints and marks loading zones and other traffic lane lines on the street, pavement and curbs, applies plastic stripping.
