Overview:

We support students from diverse backgrounds to gain skills in order to have a more stable . successful future.

Responsibilities:

Complete school-based ELA writing projects connected to Boston City Youth Corps experiences, including reflections, reports, and assignments that strengthen writing, communication, and career-readiness skills.

Follow all safety procedures and directions provided by supervisors.
Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.
Demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Participate in career-readiness and leadership development activities.
Help plan and complete assigned City of Boston projects.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications:

-attendance -attend all workshops -community involvement-volunteer -build employment skills
