- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in an IT support or administrative role.
- Basic understanding of network operations and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of backup processes and network monitoring tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours to assist with maintenance activities.
