The Accessibility & Inclusion Training Specialist works to reduce attitudinal and policy barriers within the City of Boston as an integral part of furthering the mission of the Commission on Persons with Disabilities. The Accessibility & Inclusion Training Specialist works closely with Equity & Inclusion cabinet training staff, City departments, and community partners. Duties are performed under the general direction of the Chief of Staff and directly report to this position. One of seven staff members of the Commission team is made up of the Commissioner, Chief of Staff, Architectural Access Director, Architectural Access Specialists, Outreach and Engagement Specialist, Program Manager, and Staff Support Specialist.
