- At least three (3) years of experience in inspectional housing procedures or a closely related field is required.
- A degree in social work, public administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a City of Boston Constable's License.
- Considerable knowledge of Articles 1, 2, and 11, title 5 of State Sanitary Code.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
- Must have and maintain a current Massachusetts driver's license, and access to a vehicle is required.
- A multi-lingual candidate is preferred but not required.
- CORI check required.
