Under the direction of the Deputy Director of R.E. Operations and Administration, the Administrative Assistant will ensure the department’s projects are successful by managing finances, policy compliance, office coordination, and reporting. They will collaborate closely with the Operations, Capital Construction, Disposition and Leasing teams, as well as the Finance department, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Position additionally offers opportunities to take ownership of special projects and process improvements.
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Administrative Services, the Office Services Assistant provides administrative and facilities support throughout the Planning Department. This individual is expected to maintain mail/copy room and process any outgoing mail and packages in accordance with postal and carrier regulations. A daily check-in with the direct supervisor for immediate needs or assignments and perform routine facility repairs and maintenance.
