Serves as a key strategic partner to the Director, leading organizational development, long-term planning, and systems change initiatives to advance The Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Advancement’s (MOIA) mission, through community-driven processes, ensuring authentic community voice in departmental direction and decision-making. Leads organizational culture development and change management, including HR functions, staff development, and creation of sustainable, purpose-driven systems. Supervises and mentors department staff including Communications Manager, Administration and Finance Manager, Lead Organizer, Policy Advisor, and Special Projects Manager. Build and oversee department's monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impacts.
