The mission of the Coordinated Response Team is to provide a coordinated and multidisciplinary response to serve unsheltered people struggling with untreated mental illness, substance use disorder, and/or homelessness to promote their well-being and the community’s quality of life. Reports to the Director who heads the Coordinated Response Team.
The City of Boston seeks to hire two liaisons to provide peer support, documentation, provide referral services, and serve as a point of contact for people who are experiencing mental illness and substance use disorder in the city of Boston.
The position is part of the Coordinated Response Team (CRT) and as such, provides clear communication and coordination of activities conducted by all CRT member teams in critical areas. The hours for this position are 11:00 a.m -7:00 p.m and may include weekends.
C.O.R.I. and S.O.R.I. checks required.
