The Program Administrator will be responsible for the direct operations of the Equity and Inclusion Coordination Network (“E&I Network”) and the Equity and Inclusion Academy Program (“E&I Academy”), two intentional and results-driven initiatives of the E&I Cabinet to improve social determinants of health for the historically excluded communities represented in our cabinet.

E&I Network members will be in frequent communication with each other and the E&I Cabinet staff. The Program Administrator will create and sustain the infrastructure of the E&I Network under the direct supervision of the E&I Director of Policy and Research.

The E&I Academy is a transformative series of meticulously crafted learning experiences designed by the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet for City employees. The goals are to build trust across lines of difference, foster our sense of belonging, and equip participants with appropriate tools to better serve our City’s diverse populations.
