Overview:

Performs Preventative Maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment at various locations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains maintenance schedule as indicated by the manager of maintenance.
  • Performs field inspections on HVAC equipment to insure their optimum performance.
  • Reports to the manager of maintenance via reports as to the conditions of and/or improvement to HVAC equipment.
  • Reads engineering plans, spec's and contract requirements and communicates these requirements effectively both orally and written.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Entrance Qualifications:

Applicant must be licensed in one of the folowing trades:

  • Plumbing, gas fitting, air conditioning, refrigeration, fireman, sprinklers, steam fitting, oil burners.
  • Two (2) years experience in installation, service or maintenance in one of the above trades.
  • Must have and maintain a current MA Driver's License.

 

BOSTON RESIDENCY REQUIRED.
