The mission of the Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is to make Boston a more equitable and inclusive city where all residents can thrive. DND oversees programs that create and preserve affordable housing, support homeowners and renters, provide housing and services to homeless individuals and families, and develop city-owned property. Brief Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations or designee, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all Human Resources functions of the department. In addition, the incumbent will work with DND leadership to develop and implement personnel policies and strategies that support DND’s programmatic goals.
Boston Residency Required.
