Brief Job Description (essential functions of the job):
Incumbent plans, coordinates the implementation, and monitors human resource functions for the Age Strong Commission. Responsibilities may include monitoring, modifying and implementing human resource systems such as recruitment, training, and safety; interpreting policies and procedures; maintaining personnel records; and analyzing data to identify and resolve issues.
