This is a provisional appointment.
Brief Job Description (essential functions of the job):
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: typing reports, letters, memorandums, and other correspondence; data entry; answering telephone inquiries; giving information to the public over the phone and in person; maintaining files and records; addressing and mailing correspondence; and related duties as required.
Applicants must have at least two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid professional experience in administrative office work. It is strongly preferred that all applicants have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Must be able to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK REQUIRED.
A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED.
BOSTON RESIDENCY REQUIRED.
