Brief Job Description (essential functions of the job):
This position reports to the City’s Director of Health Benefits. The Retiree Benefits Manager has primary responsibility for the oversight, management, and coordination of all retiree health benefit processes, and to play a lead role in planning and advising retiree health benefits policymaking, particularly regarding Medicare.
